2. Error in one of the sent products:

3. Error in the complete order:
If an error occurs and we sent the entire order incorrectly, the entire order will be replaced with the correct order, with the addition of a gift product as a special apology to you.
4. The product did not match the customer’s preference:
If the product does not suit you, you can return it completely and we will refund your paid money, excluding delivery charges.

6. Return without reason (personal choice):
If the customer wishes to return the order without any defect or error, only half of the paid money will be refunded based on the store’s policy.
